Reactivation Campaign - Launch Day
The Reactivation Campaign is officially live across all Physiomed clinics as of today. Patients meeting the criteria will start receiving automated outreach to book their next visit.
-
This campaign relies on properly discharged cases and clean booking configurations. If your clinic hasn't reviewed these, the campaign will not produce results for you. Refer back to the May 19th preview session or the resource page for the full checklist.
-
Patients are contacted via their preferred communication method — three touchpoints over the campaign cycle, with direct links to book through your client portal.
-
Bookings will start trickling in through your portal as patients respond. Make sure your booking reasons are clean and your practitioner schedules are accurate so these clients can book smoothly without staff intervention.
-
Not seeing results? First check your prerequisites. If everything looks right and you're still seeing nothing, reach out and we'll take a look.
Reactivation Campaign - Preview & Q&A
Olivia and I will be joining Tuesday's meeting to walk through the Reactivation Campaign ahead of its franchise-wide launch on May 22nd. This is your chance to ask questions, understand the prerequisites, and make sure your clinic is ready before go-live.
-
The campaign only works if your case management is in order. Clinics must be entering birthdays, discharging cases consistently, using proper case templates, and have clean booking reasons configured. We'll review what "ready" looks like and where the common gaps are.
-
Automatically reaches out to discharged patients via email and SMS to bring them back for care, turning your existing client base into a steady source of returning patients with no manual effort from your team.
-
Live walkthrough of the email and SMS templates, how the automation triggers, and what clinics should expect to see once it's turned on.
-
Clinics that aren't set up properly by May 22nd will see no results and that's on the clinic, not the tool. Use this session to ask anything you're unsure about.
Security Role Updates
Please log out and log back in to ensure all updates take effect.
Following the Clinicmaster 12.12 update, new security roles were added for greater control over new and existing features.
Updates were applied accordingly.
-
You must contact Head Office to request changes to this feature, as it affects the franchise as a whole.
This feature reworks services as a whole and provides the ability to tag each service with pre-defined or custom tags to allow greater control over scheduling. Practitioner schedules with time slots containing those tags will allow only services with matching tags to be booked by patients. Internal staff may still force an appointment with tag mismatches but will receive a warning when doing so. -

All relevant users should now see and be able to use these dashboard on the Clinicmaster Web version, marking another step towards Clinicmaster Desktop’s imminent obsolescence. -
